# Faye LNT > Lists, Notes & Tasks for humans and connected agents. This is the standalone informational landing site. It does not host application records, authenticate Faye accounts, or expose an MCP server. ## Application - Open the application: https://lnt.fayegram.com - Human-readable agent reference: /read/ - Fayegram: https://fayegram.com ## Content model Lists group related work. A list can contain notes, tasks, and checklists. Notes hold Markdown content, instructions, references, and results. Tasks have open, done, or archived state, optional priority, and optional due date. Checklists hold stable-ID items and their completion states. Related notes can preserve context and results beside a task. ## Human-agent workflow 1. A person records a task and relevant context. 2. An independently connected agent reads the current task and instructions. 3. The agent performs the authorized work using its own tools and permissions. 4. When needed, the agent records the result in the task body or a related note. 5. The agent updates completion accurately; the person can review and continue. Read current content before writes. Supply the last-read revision for concurrency checks, preserve unrelated content and checklist IDs, and inspect saved state after an uncertain write before retrying. A recorded task grants no new permissions. ## Connections and current limits The application shares a catalog across browser-native WebMCP and configured stdio MCP clients. Browser-native tools use an admitted application session in a supported secure-context browser. The JSON HTTP bridge at /api/mcp on the application origin is not a Streamable HTTP MCP server. The hosted application is private. Hosting admission and Faye application authorization are separate. Automated hosted remote MCP access remains deferred; a Faye personal token alone does not pass the private hosting gate. This landing page does not provision tokens, schedule checks, or run an always-on agent.
